Fit & scope

What does Pricing By Mira do?

Pricing By Mira provides short-term rental revenue-management support. Bring your pricing, forecasting, listing and advisory needs to the assessment, then confirm the work included in your engagement in a written scope.

Is this the same as buying pricing software?

Pricing software is a tool. A service engagement defines the work performed around your pricing and revenue strategy. Share the systems you already use so compatibility and any setup needs can be reviewed before work begins.

Will you implement changes to my listing as well as recommend them?

Recommendations and implementation are different kinds of work. Agree who will edit listing content, update photography, make operational changes and communicate with owners. A recommendation does not automatically include implementation.

Who is Pricing By Mira for?

Pricing By Mira serves short-term rental owners, property managers and operators seeking help with revenue management. For a portfolio, the starting conversation is about your markets, operating setup and goals.

Do you replace our property-management team?

Revenue management focuses on pricing and commercial performance. Guest services, housekeeping, maintenance and other operational responsibilities should be assigned explicitly in the agreed scope.

Is there a minimum portfolio size?

Discuss your current portfolio and growth plans in the assessment. Fit depends on your needs and the proposed scope; this website does not set a minimum listing count.

Working together

What should I prepare for an initial conversation?

Bring a list of properties and markets, your current tools, your goals and the performance questions you want to resolve. Where available, historical booking and availability data can help give those questions context. Include owner-use restrictions and significant property changes. Share account access only through the agreed onboarding method; do not submit passwords through a general inquiry form.

Can we keep our existing pricing and property-management tools?

Start with the systems you already use. Compatibility, access requirements and any proposed changes need to be reviewed before an engagement; no specific integration is promised here.

How long does onboarding take?

Timing depends on scope, access and the quality of available data. Agree the onboarding plan and responsibilities before work begins.

How often will we receive reports or speak with the team?

Confirm reporting frequency, format, communication channels and escalation arrangements in your agreement. See the reporting page for the questions performance reporting can help answer.

Fees & expectations

How is pricing determined?

Request an assessment to discuss your portfolio and needs. Confirm fees, included work and terms in a written proposal before proceeding.

Can you guarantee a revenue increase?

No fixed performance outcome is promised on this website. Demand, supply, availability, property condition, guest experience and execution all affect results. A projection is an estimate, not achieved revenue.

Where can I see case studies?

Explore the Results hub for published Mira Hospitality examples. Check whether figures describe completed stays, booked business or projections, and which property changes and services were involved.

How should we evaluate results?

Compare like-for-like periods and clearly define revenue, availability and the comparison group. Read changes in ADR and occupancy together, and account for owner stays, renovations and other changes that affect the comparison.
