Refund Policy
1) General Policy
At Pricing By Mira, we’re committed to delivering exceptional service and clear outcomes. This refund policy is transparent and fair while protecting the time, expertise, and third-party resources invested into each engagement.
2) Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once booked, accessed, or commenced:
Revenue Management & Consulting Packages
Strategy, implementation, audits, pricing setup/optimization, and ongoing advisory are non-refundable once work has begun.
Coaching & Group Programs
Due to reserved time and limited capacity, all coaching (1:1 or group) is non-refundable once the first session is scheduled or delivered.
Workshops, Trainings, and Live Events
Registrations are non-refundable but transferable to another person or a future cohort (subject to availability).
Courses & Digital Content
Once accessed/downloaded, courses, templates, spreadsheets, PDFs, and replays are non-refundable.
Done-For-You (DFY) Setup / Systems Work
Time-and-labor–intensive builds (dashboards, workflows, pricing tool setup, integrations) are non-refundable once started.
Clients on payment plans must complete all scheduled payments.
Third-party costs (e.g., domains, Twilio/WhatsApp/SMS credits, Mailgun, PriceLabs/Wheelhouse, software licenses, ads, hosting) are non-refundable once purchased or provisioned.
3) Limited Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only if all of the below are true, and the request is received within 5 business days of the first payment:
Work has not started, or only minimal work has been completed; and
The services delivered materially deviate from the signed agreement/scope.
Refunds are not granted for change of mind, change in business direction, internal delays, failure to provide required assets or access, or missed sessions.
4) How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with subject line “Refund Request” and include:
Your name, company, and purchase date
The service/product purchased
A clear description of the issue and any supporting documentation
Please allow up to 5 business days for review and response.
5) Assessment & Issuance
If a refund is approved (full or partial), we will process it within 5 business days to the original payment method, minus:
Work already completed
Time and resources allocated
Non-recoverable third-party expenses
6) Missed Sessions & Rescheduling (Coaching/Consulting)
Sessions require 24-hour notice to reschedule.
No-shows or late cancellations are considered delivered and are non-refundable.
Packages must be used within the stated engagement window unless extended in writing.
7) Payment Plans & Overdue Accounts
Payment plans must be completed per the agreed schedule, regardless of client delays.
Access to deliverables and dashboards may be paused for overdue balances.
